We are the proud owners and managers of Ochillee Farm. We manage the lands to produce timber and fiber products. We also manage and conserve the amazing wildlife resources that live i it, like the Gopher Tortoise, Longleaf Pines, deer, quail, turkeys and much more!

The department is home to more than 400 students, led by 35+ faculty and staff with expertise in the biological sciences, social and human dimensions, and policy and Extension, to generate sound scientific research, facilitate meaningful science-based discussions and train students to the highest caliber.
